Hours:	9am to 6pm EST Monday through Friday
Same Day Shipping:	Orders received by 2pm EST will generally ship the same day. Nailtechheaven.com ship by UPS ground to the contiguous 48 states.
Shipping Charges:	There are no shipping charges to contiguous U.S. locations on orders over $75. $6.95 shipping charge for U.S. orders under $75. Import charges and duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
Damaged Goods:	Inspect all shipments upon receipt. All damage should be noted and a claim filed with the shipper.  Nailtechheaven.com will be happy to render assistance in securing a satisfactory adjustment to your claim.
Warranties:	Nailtechheaven.com offers no warranties, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose or any product or service offered on this site or by any other means.

RETURN POLICY

Returns:	Unopened items may be returned for exchange or store credit within 10 days from date of receipt. No returns are accepted on merchandise that has been opened, used, or damaged by the customer, or on special order items, non-factory sealed products which can be contaminated, discontinued items, polish, paint, videos, or books.
DOA Items:	Items which are DOA (dead on arrival) will be exchanged. Call within 7 days of receipt to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). The item must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. A replacement item will be shipped after receipt of the defective item unless other arrangements are made.
Repairs:	After purchase warranty and repair are handled by the manufacturer.

What is SSL?
